At Internet Librarian International in London, Ken's presentation 'Return on Library Technology Investment’ analysed the Library Management Systems market in the context of the model of  'disruptive innovation’. He also summarised some recent literature on technology and social change and highlighted some of the challenges these discourses are presenting to libraries and librarians.
